Ingredients
- 6 slices Brown Bread
- 1 cup Spinach (chopped & boiled)
- 3/4 cup Corn Kernels (boiled)
- Butter/low fat variant (Naturalite)
- 1tsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper
- Dabur Honey
Method
- Cut each bread slice into two triangular halves.
- Put some softened butter on each slice and spread it.
- Spread a layer of spinach on the slices.
- Add pepper and salt to corn kernels and mix well.
- Spread the mixture on the slices as the next layer after spinach.
- Then top this with Dabur Honey over the corn and spinach layer.
- Now, heat a little oil on a non-stick pan and put the bread on it.
- First put it from the bottom side (the spinach & corn layer should be on the top).
- Once the bread is a little toasted, turn the bread upside down carefully and toast that side as well.
- Preparation Time: 20 mins.
- Cooking Time: 15 mins.
- Serves: 4.
